The NOVA-PEDIC™ Sleep System can be tried in the comfort of your own home for 30 days.  Due to the unique properties of the Sleep System, please take a few nights to allow your body to adjust to the comfort of your new sleep system.  In addition, we recommend customizing the sleep system to your favorite firmness setting during the trial period since the Sleep System was designed to accommodate individualized sleeping preferences.  We appreciate the trust you have placed in our company.  It is our hope that your experience will continue to be a pleasant one. Because your comfort is our primary concern, we also offer a Risk-Free 120-Day Exchange program that surpasses our 30-day trial period.  If after purchasing the NOVA-PEDIC™ Classic 8" Ventilated Mattress you decide you would like to upgrade to the NOVA-PEDIC™ Premium Sleep System Mattress, you may do so for 4 full months!  All you have to do is call us and we will arrange for the exchange.  We credit you the full amount of the Classic 8" Ventilated Mattress toward the purchase of a Premium 10" Sleep System Mattress!

If you have any questions or are not satisfied with the Sleep System,  please contact us at (888) 898-NOVA to speak with one of our sleep specialists.  If, after speaking with one of our sleep specialists, you are unsatisfied and would like to return your Sleep System, please contact the retail store where you purchased it.  You must include the original dated receipt and your name, address and telephone number with the Sleep System.  The retailer will, upon receiving the original dated receipt and your contact information, refund your money, less shipping and handling charges, within six (6) weeks.  All refunds will be subject to return shipping and handling fees of $149.00 as well as a 15% disposal fee to ensure proper disposal of the mattress. Your refund will be applied in the same form as the payment was received.  Pillows and pillow cases are non-returnable.  Adjustable foundations are non-returnable.  The 30 Day Sleep Trial does not apply to previously exchanged mattresses or demo mattresses.  The return of all or any part of any special offer packages will "void" the special offer.  All individual items will revert back to their posted sale price at the time of purchase and adjustments will be made and deducted prior to any refund being made. This includes the free pillow or free shipping offers which also will become void if the Sleep System is returned.  The words "free" or "included" apply only if you purchase and keep the item(s).  If an order is cancelled after it has already been shipped, or in the case of a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer (even if it was free to the customer), any storage costs charged by the shipper, and the cost of the return to our warehouse. 

            The 30-day no risk trial does not cover physical damage and/or misuse of the Sleep System such as burns, cuts, tears, misuse, soiling and unsanitary incidents.  Physical damage to and misuse of the Sleep System is a breach of the 30-day trial and any Sleep System returned to us with obvious signs of physical damage and/or misuse will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense or disposed of, at our discretion.  There will be no refund for a Sleep System that has sustained physical damage and/or has been misused.  Please allow 6 weeks for the processing of your return.
